I see the VPN box on the top right of the browser. I clicked on Get Started, I signed in. But nothing happens, I cannot turn on the VPN. Am I missing something?

Did you enable that icon or did it just appear.

here in the UK I have to request it being there with and no doubt supply info, I refused. Maybe you didn't provide required info ???? Search the forum for your query, it is often asked and maybe you will find an answer that works for you.
