Search engine swaps without prompting
Search engines switches from Startpage, which I have added as an alternative browser, to either google or DuckDuckGo without prompting. App inactivity and swiping up to close Firefox both seem to prompt this behavior.
Only startpage and Wikipedia are enabled as alternative browsers, and all default ones are turned off.

There was a bug in the last release of Firefox for iOS. It will be fixed in an upcoming update. See: https://github.com/mozilla-mobile/firefox-ios/issues/30119
