have been struggling with this for two weeks and getting nowhere. Seems like a simple question but not getting a solution.

Should I replace Firefox? How do I make this happen - "places.sqlite will be replaced on next startup"

I also have this problem. I uninstalled Firefox and reinstalled it but the problem hasn't gone away. Regretfully, I have now started to use another browser. Is this some kind of bug? Could the Mozilla people look into it?

I have a similar but not quite the same (maybe) problem. I CAN delete TODAY'S entries and a FEW others from the other time categories, but MOST of those others NO. I see no rhyme-nor-reason for those that I can either be deleted or not deleted. As with rangercarol I have tried everything I know how to do. It makes no sense to me.

I am using Windows 10 with Firefox 146.0.1. This problem seems to have started within the last few weeks.
