Repeated Crashes
Once a week or so, Firefox crashes unexpectedly. The popup indicates its alerting Microsoft of the crash, but apparently not notifying Mozilla.
Once such a crash occurs, I close Firefox. Reopening it results in a crash shortly after all tabs open and I click on something (usually 3 or 4 tabs are open). No matter how many times I let Firefox close and then I reopen it, the crash recurs. The only recovery is a complete reboot of my PC.
How can I get and submit crash reports to support in hopes of getting a resolution?

Do these crashes show up in the about:crashes page? (See this article if you don't know how to access it)
Thanks, T.R. — unfortunately the Crash Reporter popup shown in the page you linked to never appears. I just get a Firefox is not responding popup with options to wait for Firefox to respond or to exit and report the crash to Microsoft.
I inadvertently posted this problem again (https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1539317) and got some good suggestions. I ran crash reports via about:crashes but they weren't helpful.
Thanks for your suggestion!
Hi Bill,
I inadvertently posted this problem again (https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1539317) and got some good suggestions.
I'll lock this question in favor of /questions/1539317 then, to keep the discussion in one place.
