"Sending of the message failed. ... smtp.mistral.co.uk timed out." after updating to 140.3.0esr
Am getting the following since updating to the latest ESR version 140.3.0esr (32-bit)
Sending of the message failed. The message could not be sent because the connection to Outgoing server (SMTP) smtp.mistral.co.uk timed out. Try again.
No settings have changed. It has an exception for Security Certificates which is why I used TB for my emails.
I note other people have this issue too.

Can you post URLs to a few items?
What were you running prior to 140.3.0?
