firefox crashing while watching twitch and youtube.

this is the latest crash report. had 19 crashes in about 1 hour. i have noticed when i put stress on my pc IE playing a game the crashes are less. i have 64g ram i9 14900k cpu. disabled all extenstions have uninstalled and reinstalled firefox but nothing im doing seems to help.
any help would be great.

Are you running any security software besides MS Defender?
Could also test with windows in Safe mode with networking.
What NVIDIA driver version?

sorry took me awhile to get things working enough to post a reply.
tried sandbox crashes there also, no other security software, safe mode was crashing there, nvidia driver updated july 1 to 576.88, mem test showed no issues
