メールが送信できません。 送信SMTPサーバータイムアウトとなり、送信ができなくなってしまいました。 PCを変えた後のことなのですが、変える前までは送信できていました。 なぜでしょうか？

新しくインストールしたということは、Thunderbird 136 をお使いでしょうか。 受信は正常にできていて、SMTPサーバの認証などの設定に間違いがないのでしたら、設定の security.tls.enable_kyber を false にすることで解決する可能性があります。[設定]-[一般]タブの一番下の[設定エディター...]より。

Maybe the new PC has an antivirus that is scanning outgoing mail, the most common cause of timeouts. Add the profile folder as an exclusion or exception in AV settings, disable scanning of SSL connections, and any other related option e.g. 'Mail Shield'.
