Safeway.com Search for Products Not Working

I have written you all now three times. I cannot use Safeway.com to order my groceries and have had this problem since October of last year. I have to use another brower, which I detest to make my orders. All of my preferences are on the safeway.com page but when I search, let's just say "eggs" it tells me that my spelling must be wrong or there are no items that match my search. Please please help me fix this. I have called Safeway.com 4 times and they say it is a Firefox issue. Thank you.

Where is the screenshot error? And since this is a login page their support would have to test it from their site to see what is going on.

Hello Mark,

Thank you for your response and you query whether I have talked with Safeway. I have 4 times. The Safeway tech support says that this is a Firefox error and not theirs. Their solution is for me to use another browser (which sucks - I am a Firefox gal). I have deleted the cache and temporary files dozen of times, set up a new account, removed all of the exceptions for safeway.com, turned off any Ad blocking, and accepted all their cookies. We would "think" that there is something on my computer that is causing this problem, but I can use Edge (which I loathe) and make my orders. Do you think that sending me what my settings should be that would help. Also, I have reported the problem on the page below the address bar where Firefox is asking what the problem is... with no solution

Mark, Re my attachments that third attachment shows that my account is populated. I just cannot search for products through the search bar at the top.
