Can't find a "Tag" button in 128.6.0esr on Windows 11
I'd like to tag certain messages as Important, Personal, etc. I was able to change the message title to red in earlier TB versions. Version 128.6.0esr lets me add a tag category, but I can't find out how to indicate which messages should be tagged automatically when they arrive in my Inbox.

Maybe by creating message filters? Tools > Message Filters
