T'bird Always Requires Password

I recently got a new PC for my wife and migrated T'bird over. Unfortunately now every time she attempts to open T'bird or to send a message she MUST enter her password. We never before had this issue. What do I need to do to have it remember the password? Is this a Password Manager issue? Never used it before.
