icons for add ons
After installing some add ons (video download helper, privacy badger, ad blocker, facebook container) they are installed according to add-ons manager but don't show on the tool bar.

Did you customize the toolbar to only show the URL and nothing else? The toolbar has limited space that it shows and also you might have to remove the search box to give more space to show more icons.
Right-click each extension in the drop-down list from the extensions button or press the cog alongside each extension then Pin to Toolbar.
