Mozilla badge framework

You don't need any plugin, it is integrated with moodle. You just have to enable it in Advanced features in the Site administration. See

I don't use it, but it looks ok. You have to configure the external backpack.

Can't check it right now, I'm on PTO this week. Try to search for backpack or badgr in the search field.
