Greetings... Yesterday, my laptop was functioning without difficulty. Today, when I logged into Windows 10, instead of my usual profile/desktop appearing, a default profile/desktop appeared. I performed a system restore using the most recent restore point (two days ago). The system restore completed successfully and upon restart and login, my usual profile/desktop appeared. However, my installation of Firefox no longer completely exists. In the C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox directory, many of the files that customarily exist no longer appear, including firefox.exe. Most certainly, I do not want to lose any of my bookmarks, open tabs, or custom settings that I have established in my Firefox over many years of use. What would be the best way for me to restore Firefox on my laptop, while preserving all of my bookmarks, open tabs, custom settings, etc? Would a simple reinstall of Firefox accomplish this task, without my losing any of my bookmarks, open tabs, custom settings, etc? Or, is there something else that I should do?
