Missing bookmarks
Trying to help someone who has lost their bookmarks in firefox. I've tried going to the bookmark auto backups, then to restore, choose a backup. I get an error message "unable to process the backup file" when I choose any of the backups from the list. I've checked and found only the default profile on the system.
