Website doesn't function in Firefox version 103 and above

Hi,

I have a web application which runs perfectly on firefox versions below 103. Meanwhile, I had to change my laptop and I installed latest firefox version on my new laptop. I have a login page in my web application which isn't working in the latest firefox version. But, the application works perfectly even now in the older versions below 103. What might be the reason?

What happens when you try to sign in? For example:

  • Form can't be filled
  • Form can't be submitted
  • Site reports wrong user name and password
  • Everything seems to work, but not actually signed in

One possible reason for new login/cookie issues on multi-server sites -- sites where you can see that the host name changes during sign-in -- is the Total Cookie Protection feature. These articles have more information about that feature and how to manage it:

Thanks for the reply. After clicking Return button or clicking login button, the login action doesn't occur. The website just stays in the same state doing nothing. It behaves as if the login button doesn't have any functionality associated with click event. But, that's not true. The same works on previous versions. I see that the Total Cookie Protection is enabled by default in version 103 which is not the case in the versions below 103. Also, I observed that the login works if I disable Total Cookie Protection. Thanks a ton for the reply. I'll keep this thread open for a few days until I solve my login problem related to Total Cookie Protection.
