No, we can't help override Administrator privileges. So whom is this Administrator your referring to? What also your asking is confusing here to understand what is going on here.
I haven't heard of that one before. In case this is a false message displayed by malware, you could consider running some extra malware scans: Troubleshoot Firefox issues caused by malware.
