Does it still happen in troubleshoot mode? You could try a new profile also. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/diagnose-firefox-issues-using-troubleshoot-mode https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/profile-manager-create-remove-switch-firefox-profiles

Try downloading another copy of Firefox, run it from the folder and see if you have the same issue.
