Sometimes Thunderbird skips emails when I am trying to clean up. Since we can not automatically move spam to a spam folder, I have to go through and manually delete the messages. While doing this, it skipped a message and I accidentally deleted an important message from an actual customer.

Can I undelete the message?

My Trash folder is empty, and when I click delete I have no clue where the messages actually go. I have never seen anything in my trash folder.

I tried searching under the APPDATA including hidden files but there is nothing in the Thunderbird>User folder.

Let's start at the beginning because I actually think your account is not set up correctly. Junk moves to the designated junk folder automatically unless you have issues with your setup, or issues with your anti virus preventing it. undo is CTRL+Z and while it is probably to late not to undo the delete it is well worth knowing.

So who is your mail provider?

Ctrl + Z is extremely helpful to know. Unfortunetly I already tried to "Repair Folder" under inbox properties and I could only retrieve the emails from before that. I should have come here first before trying to google it...

I am not sure about the provider. They are a local provider and this is a work email.
