unblock email addresses...Amazon is sending me an email to unblock my account with them but CS is telling me that my browser is blocking their 'account-update@amazon.com Any advise will be greatly appreciated.

Hi bill193, the way Firefox works with your email accounts is to show you what is in your Inbox and other folders. Firefox doesn't make decisions about what mail to accept or reject. But sometimes mail sites work differently in different browsers, so definitely try looking at it in Microsoft Edge or any other browser on your system to see whether it shows the missing messages.
