Firefox keeps crashing and I can't open it as I always get the crash reporter. Here's what comes up on the report file: Crash ID: bp-01c68ca6-8edb-4a9a-8efe-7731a0201111 I have no idea what this means or how to fix it. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling firefox but the crash report comes up during the reinstall. Any ideas?
