Mozilla VPN crashes seconds after opening, cannot contact support via the application interface
I'm unable to use mozilla VPN as it closed up / crashes a couple seconds after trying to open it. I do not reach the app startup interface, so I am not able to use the debugging tool or support from there. I reinstalled the application after uninstalling it with the windows uninstall tool. Still not working.
How may I receive assistance so I can use the product again?

If you have an active subscription, contact the Mozilla VPN team directly:
Log into your account at https://accounts.firefox.com, click manage next to Subscriptions, and click support.
