I had to completely reinstall Firfox so all my bookmarks etc have been lost. There is a file called 'Old Firefox data' which was created so how can I restore this data to the new Firefox?

Look on your desktop. Do you see a folder called; Old Firefox? Look inside. Look for the folder with the latest creation date.
