An email from PayPal to my Yahoo account blocked getting new messages
On 11/24/19 PayPal sent me an email. Thunderbird was unable to gather any new emails via POP3 subsequently, instead repeatedly adding the same PayPal message as if it were a new message. I could certainly see new emails when on mail.yahoo.com, but they would not load to Thunderbird. Not realizing the true cause, I tried deleting and restoring the Yahoo account in Thunderbird and let it collect the 2000+ emails from Yahoo again. It stopped on the PayPal message, which is when I deleted this message at mail.yahoo.com, and then everything was fine.

Hi So - deleting the problem message worked and everything is fine now? That is exactly what I would have suggested you do. If you no longer have any problem, this request can be closed. Agnes
