Thunderbird GUI is disappearing after starting the program

i'm having a problem with starting thunderbird, version 68.1.2 when i start it, the inferface disappears once i move the mouse cursor onto it and it behaves like the program is translucent and not actually there.

things i tried so far, thunderbird safe mode disabling windowblinds, msi afterburner, rivatuner starting windows in safe mode without any 3rd party software nothing has worked so far and i keep getting this strange glitches gui.

does anyone have any ideas how i could fix this? i've included a video and a pic of this happening

Are you using the 32-bit or 64-bit TB?

Does the same thing happen with a new profile? To start Profile Manager, Windows key+R, type thunderbird.exe -p

i'm using the 32 bit version.


I've deleted all profiles and created a new one, but it didn't made any difference.
