How can I undock the bookmark sidebar

Hello CADmando, All you really have to do to close the bookmarks sidebar is to click on the closing X (at the top of that bar) .... These are not the solutions I'm looking for. My question is how to undock the toolbar not close it so that I can move it to the other screen.
