I open sites on Firefox Fire Tv but the pictures and animations do not appear.

In Firefox for Fire TV, when you visit websites, the images contained in the page or animations do not appear. example are sites such as uol. And should have the option to display the Site as on the Desktop.

Hi

I have tried to open UOL and I can understand what you mean. It may help the page to load if you (from the Fire TV home screen):

  1. Select Settings
  2. Applications
  3. Manage Installed Applications
  4. Scroll down to Firefox
  5. Select Clear Cache

You should now find that the page opens a bit easier.

Firefox for Amazon Fire TV is based on Android technologies so that it can run on the Fire TV devices. We are working to improve and add more features and hopefully we can introduce a desktop view very soon.

Thanks Seburo. I tried these tips. but it did not. Should have the option of Desktop mode. I switched to Silk.
