Invalid passaword to server
My mums husband passed away and she therefor changed the account at comhem from his name to her name. After that she hasn’t been able to connect with the server. I think we have her username but how can I a new password?

Username is usually the full email address. Passwords are setup/modified etc by logging on to webmail account via a browser. You need to be able to access the webmail first.
Are you able to logon to the webmail account using a browser? If you cannot remember password then you would need to use the 'forgotten password' or similar named link.
