I am trying to import Outlook email in a particular folder; so far, it just imports Inbox (not folders).
I have one folder that I need to have access to. It is a folder within my Inbox. Only emails that imported are Inbox, but not in folders.

import.... I have a problem right away. Import from the outlook mail program has been broken for years. The current beta has a working version. So are you using the beta, or is it you are not importing anything, but adding a outlook.com email address to Thunderbird and downloading the mail. If it is the latter, I suggest you create the account as IMAP. POP only ever downloaded the inbox.
