Hello, I would like to install a second bookmarks toolbar on my desktop. How could that be achieved?

Second question: Some files in my bookmarks sidebar contain up to 30/40 links. I would like to mark the most frequently used with different colors. If possible how do I get agreeable results? Thank you.
