Firefox profile cannot be loaded it may be missing or inaccessible
I have tried creating a new profile . Aso tried deleting all profiles on firefox.exe -p and creating a new profile . Also tried deleting profiles.ini file and nothing worked

If profiles.ini is really removed then Firefox should create a new default profile and you should get the profile migrator asking to import data from other browsers. So it sounds that there is still a problem with profiles.ini.
Were you able to find profiles.ini?
What security software do you have?
Boot the computer in Windows Safe mode with network support to see if that has effect in case security software is causing problems.
