how can I be sure my folders are offline?
I keep receiving mail quota warnings. I think my folders are not offline, but when I try to follow the directions for archiving, it doesn't show as your instructions say. What am I doing wrong and how do I fix this?

Then you'll need to move messages off of the server.

What is your account type - POP or IMAP?
