How do I hide my location
Sites come up knowing my location. Never consciously gave permission to share my location. How do I block?

Sites always know something general about your location based on your IP address, which is the "return" address for the web page or other content you're requesting. You can't browse without supplying some IP address that leads back to you.
This site shows what various services report about your IP address (it's not just this site, I'm sure there are many with this kind of info): https://www.iplocation.net/
If you want sites to think you are from somewhere else, you can consider using a VPN service. Then your connection will show a different IP address. Here's a recent review of VPN products:

Hmm, maybe that article isn't so relevant if you can only use services downloaded through the Apple/iTunes AppStore. You might need to search in there, too.
Great info. Found the settings I was looking for in the settings of the iossoftware on my iPad. Not sure if they worked for Mozilla per se. I I really miss my Samsung tablet, this iPad is not very flexible and the usability leaves a LOT to be desired. I thought apple was supposed to be good at this stuff...
I think you will find that Apple are one of the worst for wanting to track your every move (location), and your browsing habits. The web in general has fast become a tool to collect your data, with the intention of making money from it. Apple are definitely at the forefront of that, with iOS being poorly setup to allow the user to control their own data.
