I cannot access Hotmail through Mozilla but can through Internet Explorer. Why?

This is the message I am getting since I attempted to access my wife's email address whilst she is in China and accesses it there. I get this message trying to access my own account. The problem appears to be with Mozilla and Hotmail only.
