other than websites like Youtube, Google, FB or few more, whenever i open a site, browser redirects and open some job search page above actual site on same page. It doesnt allow me to do anything on the page and neither let the page appear correctly. Windows defender doesnt detect anything as virus on scan. Image attached, i tried deleting all cookies and blocked all sites from saving cookies as well. Nothing works. Any help is appreciated.

You may have ad / mal-ware. Further information can be found in the Troubleshoot Firefox issues caused by malware article.
Run most or all of the listed malware scanners. Each works differently. If one program misses something, another may pick it up.
