Crash ID: bp-d436ecdd-6dd9-4514-a7d7-1da842151007

The Mozilla Crash Reporter appears right after I click on the Firefox icon to start the browser. No other windows open. Clicking on the "Restart Firefox" button just brings up the crash reporter again. I'm unable to start the browser at all!

hi rhettevans83, looking at this report, it looks like it may be caused by external software on the computer. please go into your system's control panel and remove any software labelled "Freecorder" or similar or by the publisher "Applian Technologies" or any other toolbars.

hi rhettevans83, looking at this report, it looks like it may be caused by external software on the computer. please go into your system's control panel and remove any software labelled "Freecorder" or similar or by the publisher "Applian Technologies" or any other toolbars.
