PDF links not working and some general scrolling problems on Windows 10
Since upgrading to Windows 10, Firefox isn't behaving well. I have difficulty opening PDF links. Sometimes nothing happens. Other times, I get a blank window. Also, my hotmail screens don't scroll properly. There's a delay in the screen refresh which never happened before. Anyone else seeing things like this and ideas on how to fix?

Can you please provide an example url where this is happening? For example, the urls in this page are working for me on Windows 8:
