Open a new folder and can't find it anywhere?
Tried to create a new folder, named it but it does not show anywhere Tried it again, was told that folder already exists, but where? Tried another with a different name and tha disappeared too Renamed an existing folder and it disappeared!

1. Have you tried searching for the folder? 2. In your MENU-VIEW-FOLDERS, is "ALL" selected? How about trying to select "Recent" and see what pops up? 3. When you create folders, the second textbox shows you the default location where the subfolder is being created. Is it the correct path?
If none of this is helpful, perhaps you could be more specific about the TB you are using, the type or types of profiles, and the specific steps you have taken, It will help in trying to duplicate your issue.
