The verification email you sent me is disapearing in to space and is not being seen by Outlook, can you tell me what is happening?

The verification email sent by Firefox Sync is being delivered to my outlook email programme but it then disapears somewhere and I can't find it, it is not in any of my folders. I have tried having it resent but the same thing hapens.
