Why am I getting so many updates every day
Everyday I get several updates for Thunderbird. I don't like saving passwords to my accounts for security purposes, so I have to re-enter all my passwords several times a day for all my 8 website email accounts.
Also sometimes emails never send if it has an attachment or images inserted. Ball just keeps spinning, says attaching, I make sure total attached and embedded images are always under 3 or 4 megs, re-link all attachments and same thing almost everyday!

What version of Thunderbird are you using.
I use a developer daily build and that gets updated most days. Alpha builds are updates about every 6 weeks and the same for Beta builds. The release version gets updated also on about a 6 weekly cycle for security and stability fixes, not features.
So I have no idea how you could get multiple updates every day.
