When replying to an email, how can my reply be permanently fixed to be at the top of the email and not at the bottom?
Everytime I reply to an email, my reply is at the bottom. My clientele, looks for a response at the top of the email. Is there a way to permanently fix this? It is a nuisance to cut and paste at the top of the email each time I reply!

From the Menu Bar select Tools-Account Settings-Composition and Addressing
Set the reply option to Above the Quote
No menu bar showing? Press the alt key.
