installed firefox 34.05 >> when i open it by time the sound in the total windows is crash the video play slowley and the sound back normal by closing firefox ?
i installed the new fire fox version normall after that i found the sound in the windows like notifiction not out well it play very slowley cant understand any word this proplem not only when i play any sound or video on fire fox but in the total windows i tried an other browser like internet explorar but i found no proplem in sound tried to reset firefox to its intial vlaus but nothing happen tried to unstall fire fox and delet any profile or siting and reinstall it but the same proplem what is the sloution ?

I understand that there is no sound in Firefox and after uninstalling and deleting the profile this is still happening.
Please consider creating a new profile and troubleshooting the common audio issues in Firefox:
no you didnt understand it the proplem is >>> open firefox + playing any sound or video on fire fox from face book or youtube at the first every thing is well by time the sound in the total windoes and firefox has a proplem >> the sound found but not clear like before solution >> should close firefox and reopen it agin and the sound back to its normal again but by the time the sound fail agin and should close firefox again
What kind of sound system do you use on your computer?
Boot the computer in Windows Safe mode with network support (press F8 on the boot screen) as a test to see if that helps.
i use headphone connected to my laptop but the sound has the same proplem if the headphone is connected or no
