I receive emails from "TenTabs from Firefox". When i click on the unsubscribe button in the email, i get directed to the following page: https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/newsletter/existing/ When i enter my email and click "Send me a link", i get a new email in my inbox with the subject "Your email preference center link", and a button in the email that says "Email preference center". When i click on the link, it takes me to a page saying "Manage your Email Preferences". I didnt find Ten Tabs to unsubscribe. Even i umsubscribed from the 4 options available on the site but i still recieve emails every couple of days.

I want to easily unsubscribe from TenTabs. I did some research and i think it is related to Pocket.

Cant sign in to scan code to sync devices.

I will be 99 years old trying to do what you say i must but there is no sign in

I think Firefox would be great if i ever somehow manage to go here do this do that.

I am trying to sync my android and laptop Firefox if i live long enough to do your contortions

And I CANT SUBMIT THIS with tapping the SUBMIT KEY 50 times so far

It's possible that I misread the documentation, but I looked for a response to this question for 20 minutes, and I couldn't find a 100% clear answer about my question when it comes to Firefox for Android.

Say I install an extension on Firefox for Android, that requires permission just for a specific website (e.g. let's say, for example, it's an add-on for blocking automated translations on youtube, with permission scope restricted to youtube only). Later, the extension automatically updates itself (as apparently, it's not possible to disable automated updates for extensions on Firefox for Android). The update now includes a larger permission scope, for example permissions for some other websites, or even the permission to "Access your data for all websites".

My questions are:

Is this scenario possible? If so, will I be notified of the changes in permission scope? Would I be able to block the update in this case?

On Firefox for Android beta, there's a critical annoying bug. When you click on a link, any link, it will look as if Firefox will load the web page but suddenly, it goes back to the previous web page. This is incredibly frustrating since it's almost like you're redirected back randomly. I checked this with no extensions enabled as well as even with just ublock origin and privacy badger extensions enabled

I need to enable javascript for getting access to some sites which are very useful for any projects, I have tried many things to get access of that, I know javascript can be enabled as default but it doesn't work for me and I also tried disabling extensions, clearing cookie sites and turning off enchanted tracking protection. None of these worked, I am using android device so doing troubleshooting mode won't work. There's a command (about: config) everyone has tried and eventually became successful to get access to enable javascript. This command doesn't even load in searchbar which made me very mad, by doing everything I've tried. Please I need you to help me with this.

Every time I open up Firefox or a new tab, browser wants to know "what I think" of it.

First time it popped up, I clicked "It's great" but eventually I'm getting so annoyed of it I'm considering other browsers.

Sync has been mostly usable the past 2 yrs and now all my data is randomly gone. I had a android and desktop syncing and nothing else. Are there backups or previous versions of saved data? This right here is what I feared for so many years.... Where's my data? Don't send me generic answers. Is there a backup on a server or not? If so give it up

The carefully organized order of my Firefox bookmarks on my PC is completely ruined by the stupid alphabetical sorting of bookmarks on the Firefox app on my Androïd smartphone. And that is all the more frustrating than the icon pictures of the links are replaced by a mere letter which doesn't enable to recognise the website's icon visually. In my ASTROLOGY folder of my Firefox bookmarks which includes about 100 links, it is a real pain in the neck to find the links to my favorite websites whose precise names I don't necessarily remember (Astrology websites often have similar names) among in such an extensive list of bookmarks, instead of finding my favourit and most usual bookmarks at the very beginning of the list in the folder.

For the past two weeks, I haven’t been able to access youtube.com on Firefox. Every other browser loads it without any issues. I’ve already tried switching devices, reinstalling Firefox, changing networks and locations—but nothing fixes it. The YouTube app works fine, and this problem only occurs when opening youtube.com in Firefox.

On desktop Firefox, I get:

Secure Connection Failed An error occurred during a connection to youtube.com. PR_END_OF_FILE_ERROR

On mobile Firefox, I get:

Cannot Complete Request Additional information about this problem or error is currently unavailable.

I would appreciate any help resolving this issue.

Randomly deleted everything. No new device added, no password change (wish is ridiculous y'all aren't sharp enough to create an encryption mechanism that doesn't delete on pass change), no device removed. Years of 1 desktop and 1 Android. How do I get it back from the servers? I don't care if it's encrypted. I just lost 10 yrs of bookmarks. Don't send me fluff or bs answers that tech noobs accept

I use Firefox as my default browser for my PC, Mac and Android phone. Suddenly, all of my bookmarks and home screen shortcuts have disappeared... I'm guessing after an update. I'm also guessing I'm not the first person with this issue I have tried syncing multiple times as well as uninstall and reinstall... Nothing, they are all gone. They are all still there on my PC versions. Can't find any tab for bookmark backups, Can you help me get these back?

I used camera inside a tab and then closed the tab. I get the "Tap to open the tab that's using your camera." notification. If I tap it redirects me to home page in Firefox. If I swipe right or left won't close the notification (seems to be glued).

It's the second time I'm confronting this. It disappears only if I restart the phone.
