I am writing to report an issue with the page frequently auto-refreshing. This feature causes a significant disruption, especially when I am in the middle of entering information into data fields, such as forms, passwords, or One-Time Passwords (OTPs).

Every time the page automatically refreshes, all the data I have input is lost, forcing me to restart the process from the very beginning. This happens repeatedly and is extremely frustrating.

I request that this auto-refresh functionality be disabled. It would be much better if the refresh action could only be initiated manually by the user. This would ensure that data being entered remains intact without interruptions that cause the process to restart.

Subject: Issue Report: Automatic Page Refresh Causes Data Loss in Formsbold text

Problem Description: The page/screen automatically and continuously refreshes on its own without user command.

Impact of the Issue: This automatic refresh is highly disruptive because:

1. It erases all data currently being entered into forms (e.g., user details, passwords, OTPs).

2. It forces the user to repeatedly restart the data entry process from scratch.

3. It significantly hinders and slows down the completion of any task on the page.

Suggested Solution: Please disable the automatic refresh feature. The refresh action should be user-initiated only (e.g., via a manual refresh button or a "pull-to-refresh" gesture) to prevent data loss during input. Thank you.

I have duck duck go set as my search engine on my galaxy S10+. At some point my Firefox browser updated and now every time I search something, or load any page within the search engine I get a forced web page refresh when trying to scroll down the results page or any page. If I hold my thumb down on the screen and slowly slide it upwards it backs off the refresh gesture and then everything works fine. I have switched search engines, so I know it's not the search page itself, and it only happens in Firefox. I do have 100 tabs backed up but I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling Firefox and starting new but it doesn't matter. Firefox still forces a refresh when I try to scroll down. I've become so frustrated with this that I installed brave browser today to see if that browser did the same thing and it does not, so until I can get some help fixing this I will be switching to brave browser from here on out. Attached is an example after I searched the term "searching the web" it did not have an issue scrolling on the results page, but then I clicked on images and tried to scroll and as you can see it is trying to refresh the page.

In latest version of firefox for android, 138.0.4 (Build #2016091471), when i touch the bookmarks menu an image flashes up too fast to see. I videoed the screen, slowed down replay and found the image is of a folder with a fox inside and the words "no bookmarks yet" which makes no sense as i have hundreds of bookmarks. Its irritating, how do i stop it?

Hi all, sorry if this has been already covered somewhere, this is my first time posting a question here.

It looks like a recent update for Firefox on my tablet (a Samsung Galaxy Tab S4) added a separate tabs bar across the top of the app? This is incredibly annoying and takes up way too much space on my screen, and I'd like to get back to the way the browser looks previously. Is this possible?

How do I get FF to simply open a new tab with the google search page when opened or when a new tab is created? (In android) None of the support documents accurately describe the process.

I've tried adjusting settings, installing extensions but nothing will make it do what every other browser will, by default.

Why don't you have a Persian translation? When are you going to add Persian to translate sites? Please be responsive. Browsers at the lowest level have the ability to translate into Persian, but you... High-end applications must be programmed for all communities and even tastes. And in the end, adding a few languages, including Persian, is not a difficult task for you. But this small task will add 20 million users (Only in Iran)and more importantly This makes this browser the most popular among people who previously did not have the ability to translate their language in this browser. The population of Persian-speaking countries is larger than you might think. 1. Iran (100%) 2. Tajikistan (95%) 3. Afghanistan(80%)and several other countries with medium to low percentages

I use Firefox Sync to see my desktop bookmarks on mobile (android) - the latest android update force-sorts all bookmarks alphabetically or time-wise, with no option to leave them in desktop order.

It is now very hard to find what I want in my painstakingly arranged bazillion bookmarks and folders and subfolders and so on...

Please restore the ability on mobile to leave the sort as it is on desktop. At least for the "desktop bookmarks" folder.

Thanks!
