При попытке демонстрировать экране (для совместного просмотра фильмов, например) с использованиием дискорд (веб версии) нет звука стрима. Проблема наблюдается **только** в браузере фаерфокс. В дискорде просто пропадает кнопка "поделиться звуком стрима/поделиться звуком системы" Никак не могу найти в настройках способ предоставления сайту доступа к звуку стрима/системы при демонстрации экрана. Может кто-то сталкивался с этой/схожей проблемой и у вас есть варианты решения?

What can you do about it?

google.com has a security policy called HTTP Strict Transport Security (HSTS), which means that Firefox can only connect to it securely. You can’t add an exception to visit this site.

The issue is most likely with the website, and there is nothing you can do to resolve it. You can notify the website’s administrator about the problem.

There is a stuttering when i browsing, i do a lot of switching tabs when browsing. The stutter occurs at about every 15 sec, the browser like stopped for half a second, doesn't much but annoying. I cant scrolling, it stopped showing next alphabet when im typing, but still registered what im typing. but when playing videos on youtube the videos is not affected. i do running adblock ublock origin, i tried to switch it off, but it doesnt much affect my laptop performance, and the stuttering still there. i have also have tried doing gfx.webrender.layer-compositor set to true on about:config

Every day, I get the same reminders about new Firefox features. Every day, there's one about tab groups. I get daily reminders to sync my bookmarks. I do not need this every single day.

How do we turn off the reminders? Why do they not stop appearing after an update, the way they normally do?

HI Since the last update from Firefox. I am experiencing frequent and multiple crashes. so much so I have beenusing google chrome as alternative browser. It would appear to me that the "new" version is unstable. = Version 147.0.4 (64bit).

Do I go back the the previous version? and if so where is it.

When trying to log into my bank, I get the following message: "Bad Request: Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand". I have tried to clear cookies, to no avail.

Firefox stores certain temporary data in a startup cache to improve startup speed. Clearing the startup cache and then restarting Firefox can sometimes fix various issues, such as mixed languages in the user interface after an update. This will not change your profile data or add-ons.

In Firefox (up to date yes) when I embed a YT video to the forums I use, it comes up with an YouTube Configuration Error 153.

How do I fis this? YT embedded on Chrome & Brave etc play perfectly, but Mozilla always sends me to YouTube itself.

I used to be able to have all sorts of tabs open for an entire month. Now, I can't keep them open even for a day. It seems to be a problem selective to Youtube (other tabs like Yahoo Mail still work), leaving my Alienware 15R4 laptop fans running really loudly for a few days now, since updates ran (not sure if that's related), and leaving me having to shut down and reboot the browser, daily, instead of once or twice a month. Is there anyone working on getting us back the old Youtube, or replacing Youtube with something like what it used to be? I am running adblock plus and uBlock Origin, should probably turn them off to see if they're related to the problem, huh? I'd hate to start having to use a different browser.

Windows 10 Home V 22H2 Alienware 15R4 Firefox 147.0.3

I have three laptops which are synced. One function I do not want to sync is my individual selection of themes. Every time I change the theme on one, the other two go blank. In my sync settings I sync Settings and Add-ons. Do I need to disable one of these to correct the ongoing problem?

Firefox: When printing out - or saving onto PDF - a website, its URL is placed in the footer or the header, depending of the settings. Unfortunately, when the URL is longer than half of the width of the printed page, it is truncated. How to avoid this truncation?

I have a profile that I had copied from my main profile, which is connected to an email and synced. This second profile is unsynced, and it won't let me sign into my account because that account is connected to the main profile. It says I need a separate account for a separate profile. Fair enough. I try to make an account. It says I cannot sign in to the new account because the profile is synced to the old one. Very annoying to be given instructions that don't work. So, I make a new profile and sign in to my new account on it. It works. But now I don't have my bookmarks and passwords. So I find instructions on backing up my account and copy my secondary profile into the new profile with the new account. It logs me out and is now giving me the same error! (the backup was successful though) I don't want to have to copy and paste all of my passwords and things into a new account. Is there any way to make my secondary profile syncable?

When Facebook creates passkey Firefox asks for an USB to be inserted. I have tried to disable USB in the settings ("security.webauth.webauthn_enable_usbtoken","false"). But then Facebook just gets into a retry loop and I can't create the passkey. I use Windows 10, and USB is NOT enabled as an authentication option. I need to fix this as Facebook nags me (in e-mail) to create a passkey.

Firefox desktop (147) keeps deleting all Bookmarks, passwords and cookies. I sign in and it's fine till I restart windows 11, then all is gone except the titles of the Bookmarks minus ANY data they may have held. Importing B.M.'s works till the process starts again. Cookies are just gone and same with any passwords I may have saved. just seems to happen in Firefox, was never a problem before the end of last DEC.

Why doesn;t Firefox autofill my saved sites and passwords. I cannot find a setting for that. I don't want to go through all my sites to change passwords and don't know if I did would they then work to autofill. bold text

I would like to remove the first item from the Tab Context Menu, which is "Add Tab to New Group", and simply have "Reload Tab" as the first menu item.

I was using this code, which worked in FF 145, until the latest update (FF 147)...

#context_moveTabToGroup,
#context_ungroupTab + menuseparator {
   display: none !important;
}

However, now there is an extra separator line at the top of the menu (see attached images).

This code also removes the top menu item, but still leaves the separator line on top:

  display: none !important;
}

Is there a way to remove the first menu item without adding the separator line?
