I have asked this question before and followed ALL recommendations to no avail. I received no other suggestions to now, nearly a year later I am asking this question again. I had to stop using my favorite browser because of this. You all used to help your users but alas, no more. Here is a link to my previous question and then below is my present question;

I am running a fully updated Windows 11 computer. I have 4 fully up to date browsers; Vivaldi 7.5.3735.66 (Stable channel) (64-bit); EDGE Version 139.0.3405.125 (Official build) (64-bit); DuckDuckGo version 0.126.3; and Firefox 142.01. I play Bejeweled Blitz on FaceBook. The game works perfectly on all browsers EXCEPT Firefox. When I try to play on Firefox I get a message that says I must "upgrade to the latest version of Flash:. There is NO flash anymore. Why am I getting this message on Firefox but the game works just fine on all other browsers?

On Firefox, I can't use a chatbot because it says Speech recognition is not supported in this browser. This is my own new website that has a chatbot in it to help people out. I'm trying to test it. It works fine on Chrome and Safari but not on Firefox? Why? I have an IMac computer and my software and operating systems are up to date. Firefox is currently my default browser, but that may have to change, if this can't be corrected. Thanks!

When I have attempted to log in to my MyPoints and my Entergy electricity account to pay my bill. I can not log in after the previous update. I was able to log in to my Entergy account on 08/22/2025 to pay one of our power bills. This was accomplished with out issue. When I went to log in to my Entergy account on 08/29/2025. The User name and password screen cleared correctly. The next step was for a 2ed step verification with a 6 digit code sent to my cell phone. This did not work at all. I tried several times after restarting my phone , computer, phone and computer with the same result.

Hi Moneysavingexpert is a website that sends out emails with links for different sections of its website. I can only go to the main page, when I click other links in the email, or on the website main page, it just returns me to the main web page. I am not having issues with any other websites and I have turned some ad blockers in case it was them but I still have the problem. No one else has reported this problem on the website so I am guessing it must be something to do with my settings....

Windows 11 Firefox 142.0.1

I'm having issues using Firefox with the Facebook site. Groups are slow to load and sometimes the chat and notification windows take forever to load with shimmering panels or a wait cursor displayed. I've cleared the cache and deleted the cookie, but that didn't rectify the issue. I don't have a problem with Edge.

While using Yahoo news comment editor to enter a comment: the screen will frequently reset with a flash and some of what I was typing will disappear and the cursor goes to default position.

If I have taken photos in past years on a particular date, I get an email from Microsoft to review them. I normally do it on my phone, but today tried it from my computer. The path is "One Drive" "Photos" "Moments" and then "On This Day." If you click on the photos that in the graphic that looks like a movie strip, a montage of the photos shows up and you can also click on one. However, in Firefox, I click on a picture and the screen goes gray, but nothing ever loads. I thought it was a Microsoft issue so used their help function. The rep and I tried it, then cleared the cache, then tried it in a private setting. We got the same result every time. Then he tried it whatever Microsoft's browser is called and it worked just fine. They said it was a problem on the Mozilla Firefox end, so I'm reporting it. Please let me know if you can help me make it work. I don't like using anything except Firefox.

Greetings, On cargurus website for example there are many filters which contain multiple checkboxes each. If I scroll down to a section and select a checkbox, the results refresh and takes me back to the top of the page. The problem is that sometimes I want to select more than one checkbox in a filter or choose checkboxes in the next filter to select a checkbox. When I search for cars I may end up selecting more than 10 filter checkboxes to get the results I want. If I have to scroll back down to where I left off each time, it takes a lot of time to run a query. This jumping to the top does not happen using Chrome, so there must be something in firefox that can be adjusted but I cannot find it. I only used Cargurus as an example, but it happens on all sites with checkboxes. Keep in mind I am not a programmer so I don't know how to add code to websites or firefox settings. Gmail is no longer recognizing MFA via USB Titan key while using Firefox. Issue started today, after the latest Firefox update. Prior to updating Firefox, I had no issues signing into gmail with USB Titan key MFA.

When I attempt to sign into my gmail account, I enter my email and password, then I am redirected to the MFA screen where Firefox prompts me to touch my USB Titan security key. After touching the Titan key, gmail says it can't verify my identity and I'm therefore unable to sign into my gmail account.

I tried clearing cache and cookies in Firefox. I also tried a private Firefox window.

My Titan key works. I successfully used it to sign into my Lastpass account in Firefox without issue. I was also able to sign into my gmail account with Titan key MFA using a different browser. This problem is only happening to gmail in Firefox.

After 11 year I suddenly can't access my Wordpress blog on Firefox. I have to use Chrome to access it - with no problems. I have been on Ubuntu Elementary for years years and have never had difficulty accessing my blog. I have uninstalled and re-installed Firefox twice, I have emptied my entire cache and cookies. I also tried to empty my DNS on Ubuntu Elementary but my version doesn't have DNS. The problem started 24 hours ago.

Whhhhyyyyyy am I suddenly unable to access certain parts of the Delta.com website?? I had no problem with the website re my outbound flight and now I can't access any info on my return flight on their "flight details" page. They had to send me a screenshot of what they had on their screen because I cannot get it on my own screen. I am worried as I get closer to my departure date that I still will not be able to access my flight info and will not be able to check-in! They told me to change browsers! Help! 😳

I have a problem while reading newspapers/magazines in firefox i see all the text and pictures to start with but when i zoom it disappear as the added screenshot show. Any setting i might change to get it to work?

All, most recently I'm having problems with uploading files from my PC to respective internet platforms. It started with file uploads to ChatGPT, whatever I tried, the upload stalled and ultimately failed. Second platform was Vimeo, same problem, file upload stalled and finally failed. Such problems do not occur when using Chrome as browser, or when using Firefox via my Android. Never had such problems before. Firefox runs on latest version 142.0.1, cache is empty and all cookies deleted. System details: Desktop PC, Win 10 Pro, Vers. 22H2, all updates included. Have the same problems on a different Desktop PC. Very much appreciate you feedback and ultimately solution of the problem.

I've just updated my Linux Mint to 22.1 and Firefox to 142 on two computers. Both show the same behaviour. On websites of the Stackexchage family (Stackoverflow, Superuser, Crossvalidated, Academia...) the comment function seems to not work anymore. I am not offered a button to comment, and clicking buttons to see more comments that are already there don't show the comments but rather send me to the top of the page. I can still answer. The problem seems to be with Firefox 142 as it worked well before the update, and it still works well with Firefox 142 on Mac and other browsers on Linux.

This looks like a minor bug, not sure whether it is specific to Stackexchange or other websites are affected, too. Is there any help? If not, where can I file a bug report?

I have an account with Songsterr. It's a music tabs site.

I moved over to Firefox as my primary browser relatively recently & I've noticed that the captions in Songsterr are all messed up. I've been on to Songsterr about it & they cannot solve it but, on a whim, I checked Songsterr in Safari & everything appears normal so I'm going to assume for the moment that this is a firefox related issue.

I've added 4 screenshots. The first two are from Safari & show how the captions should appear. The second two are from Firefox & you can see that it's all messed up.

I found an article on Reddit that may be related but I wanted to check here first & see if any of you could shed any light.

Ok, this happens every so often. I use a Laptop running up to date Win 11. For the last several days, when I try to get on Facebook, Firefox doesn't log me in all the way. Pages are just frozen and I can't do anything. I back out, I reboot, but nothing works so just now I logged into Edge and am just flying around Facebook! I have changed nothing so it is not me or my machine. Why does Firefox do this? I love it and have used it for years but this drives me crazy!! Thanks
