How to place Bookmarks in address bar. it says in that space: for quich access, place bookmarks here on the bookmarks toolbar. I try, no dice

I need to be able to place bookmarks in bookmark tool bar. this is what it say: For quick access, place your bookmarks here on the bookmarks toolbar. I tried with Yohoo news it wouldn't stay.

Add bookmark UI/Settings

1) How do we change the default location for bookmark saving (without having to go into about:config, which we should only want to do for very out there things. Of which … (kàsi)

1) How do we change the default location for bookmark saving (without having to go into about:config, which we should only want to do for very out there things. Of which choosing default location for add bookmark is not that) 2) How do we make it not only 3 folders when location is clicked (why can't I scroll through all my bookmark folders and click the correct one without having to click choose first. This is a waste of click. Or at least give us the option to start in the choose... UI)

how do i add youtube to bookmark or tool bar to go directly to it from firefox

somehow i lost my Youtube in the task/ bookmark tool bar i was trying to add something and it had book mark bar up there i removed it and now i can no longer pu… (kàsi)

somehow i lost my Youtube in the task/ bookmark tool bar i was trying to add something and it had book mark bar up there i removed it and now i can no longer put you tube in there any more i have tried taking it from bookmark and from desktop and from anywhere i had it saved and tried dragging it up to the mar but i can not what can i do to get it there

Lost bookmark feature

Firefox updated last night and now my bookmarks feature is not working. All of my previous bookmarks are missing. I tried syncing several times to no avail. Also, I tr… (kàsi)

Firefox updated last night and now my bookmarks feature is not working. All of my previous bookmarks are missing. I tried syncing several times to no avail. 

 Also, I tried several times to "Bookmark Current Tab" and that feature does not work.  Nothing pops up to select where to file bookmark and when I go back to check, there are still no entries in the Bookmarks. 
 I checked, and I am signed in with my Gmail account.
 When I select a new tab, none of the icons for previously used websites are below the Google search bar.

Hello, any best practices for converting Firefox bookmarks once they're exported? The exported_bookmarks.html are an html file which are impossible to edit. Converting so the data for folders, titles and urls can be edited is what's needed.

I tried Vi with some Regex code, however the cleaned file is not so clean.
