Unable to access video that i could previously view on Squarespace.com support section

Firefox 47.0 on a MacBook running OSX 10.6.8

Previously running fine but now cannot access Video Tutorials or the Knowledge Base on Squarespace.com. Squarespace support sent me this link https://support.squarespace.com/hc/en-us/articles/205809798 to test that their site is working ok. I can access this and it work ok.

I can log into the site, go to the Help page, select to go into either Videos, or Knowledge Base but once in either of those two section i can no no further. Squarespace have suggested a Browser problem but i would not know what to alter to attain a fix. hoping someone out there can help me. Regards
