In case you didn't see this article, I would start here: Websites say cookies are blocked - Unblock them.

There are many privacy add-ons that may also block cookies, so you might review what you have and see whether you need to adjust their Options. You can do that on the Add-ons page. Either:

• Ctrl+Shift+a
• "3-bar" menu button (or Tools menu) > Add-ons

In the left column, click Extensions.

Any luck? If not, do you want to mention what website is telling you to enable cookies? Maybe it's glitchy.
