Since last week I had three instances where I get a single email from only one known sender which downloads like 50 times in the inbox ,sent at same time 04:30 PM. It freezes up when I click on the message .

It recovers but am not able to erase as it freezes every time you click on any message from the sender.

The sender is using I phone or Apple computer to send this emails

There is no problem sending or receiving from any other sender.

Disable your anti virus email scanner and you should not have that issue.

If it continues to be a problem I would log into your account at your provider's Web Mail page and handle the message there.
