I use mweb ISP for my email in South Africa, please just help me 'cut and paste' in this programme

Mozilla will NOT allow me to 'cut and paste' I need this function desparetly '.. cut...copy...paste ', everyday all day, as I use mozilla to access my webmail, who's google! www.mweb.co.za, they're my ISP and email account holders and I just can't get this right.
